GENERAL Please note that this is a prior information notice (hereinafter referred to as 'the notice') and that this notice is not yet a call for tenders. The information provided in this notice is preliminary and may change as the preparation progresses. The aim is to publish the final call for tenders in April 2024. THE SUBJECT-MATTER OF THE PROCUREMENT Natural Resources Institute Finland is planning to acquire one (1) self-propelled and one (1) tractor mounted plot seeder for drilling experimental field trials. Plot drilling machine is needed for precise drilling of large seeds, cereals, grass seeds and fertilizers and there is need to adjust plot sowing length and depth. 1) Tractor-mounted seeder for plot planting Preliminary technical properties of the plot seeder: - tractor mounted 3-point hitch - track width 150 cm - from pea/bean-size seed to fine seeds - for sowing 10 rows/plot - fertilizer - real-time GPS-System for accurate position - operating with buttons or buttons + touch screen - adjustable sowing depth - adjustable plot length. 2) Self-propelled plot seeder Preliminary technical properties of the plot seeder: - self-propelled plot seeder - track width 150 cm - easy to transport with trailer - hydraulic steering - disc opener pressure adjustment, also for heavy soils - from pea/bean-size seed to cereals and fine seeds - for sowing 10 rows/plot (12,5cm row spacing) - second funnel for fertilizer/different crop - real-time GPS-system and software for acc...
