The Helsinki Metropolitan Area ("Kloy" or "Social Representative") is organized by the City of Helsinki Transport ("HKL" or "Subscriber) commissioned by the City of Helsinki Train Metro Bridge Renovation Project in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes.The developer is the high-quality social responsibility for promoting quality and environmental responsibility construction projects, so the project aims to act as a pioneer in environmental responsibility areas. The subscriber has decided to implement the project as a collaborative project management contractSo as a pju contract. Thus, a preliminary agreement is drawn up with the contractor for the development phase of the project, whereby the contractor participates in the project planning and the client aims to draw up an actual contract with the selected contractor for the implementation of the project.
