Description:
With this call for tenders, HUS acquires trainings, coaching and webinars with the aim of developing and deepening the general professional skills needed by personnel in today's working life. More specific goals are described in the introduction of each theme area.
HUS organizes general occupations for its staffeducation/coaching that maintains and develops personal capabilities, e.g. on the following themes: customer experience, management and front-line work, personnel development, working life skills, interaction and communication, and operational development.
Competitive skills development methods voivto be training, coaching, webinars, etc. For the sake of clarity, in this competition, all of these methods are generally referred to as training, unless the context requires a more detailed description of the method.in an appropriate way, e.g. for a specific professional group or unit. The trainings can be carried out either as face-to-face teaching or remotely. HUS currently uses Microsoft Teams for remote training. Multi-format trainings are also possible. Webinars can also be recorded for later viewingfor a. The duration of the trainings and the number of trainings and participants vary according to the goals.
