Description:
The acquisition is subject to a training and competence management solution (SAAS solution), which will be able to maintain the training offering provided by the City of Vantaa and are able to enroll/apply for training and the pre-person is able to accept/reject the training. In addition Through the system, employees of the City of Vantaa are able to seek the opportunity to attend external organizers, follow their education history and follow/maintain their certificate/permit information. Organizational level in the system monitors and reported to training participation.
The system to be acquired will be integrated during the deployment project at least in the City of Vantaa's HR system (Sarastia365) and the e-learning environment. Integration is implemented on an integration platform Through Frends.
If the tenderer is able to provide such functionality, the tenderer may, if he or she wishes, offer them as an option.
The total service should include the necessary User interfaces, programs, hardware, equipment, licenses and maintenance and support services in accordance with the invitation to tender and its annexes.
