- The municipality of Rääkkylä is tendering an expert service for personnel development and change management, the aim of which is to strengthen the psychological safety of the working community, cooperation, interaction, front-line work and the implementation of organizational changes. Project implementation period 1 January 2026-30 June 2027. The procurement is carried out as an open procedure in the Cloudia system. ________________________________________ Background information on the procurement The municipality of Rääkkylä has been in the assessment procedure of the Ministry of Finance several times, which has led to the downsizing of the organization and the expansion of the staff's tasks. For a long time, operations have been guided by survival-oriented management, as a result of which there has been less internal management and the development of the working community. There are no job descriptions uniformly updated, roles have overlapped and interaction has weakened. Psychological safety has partially decreased. The municipality has received Keva development funding of 14,000 euros to support personnel and work community activities for confirmation.
