• Description:
• The object of procurement is the protective and work clothes to be procured for the students and staff of the Education Center Salpaus municipal association (goods procurement). In addition, within the framework of the contract, work clothes are procured as needed. The procurement of protective and work clothes consists of the following of products:-clothes-shoes-gloves-other protective and occupational safety products. Procurement is an EU procurement. An open procedure is used as the procurement procedure. Alternative offers are not allowed. The offer and requested attachments must be submitted in Finnish language. Contract suppliers are selected from the offers with the most favorable prices by procurement area. The contract does not include a quantity purchase obligation. The given purchase quantities are only estimates. They do not bind the subscriber. The contract period is one (1) year and it starts with the contract about signing. In addition, the subscriber reserves the right to three (3) one (1) year option periods. The customer shall notify the use of the option three (3) months before the end of the contract period. attached is the draft contract, appendix 1 and the estimate of the purchase quantities, appendix 2.
