Description:
The acquisition focuses on leadership development education services in two areas: 1) Development of Management Team Work and Personal Sparraus2) The content, scope and objectives of coaching services supporting the service chain management change are further described Appendix 1 Service Description.The service must be provided at least in Finnish. The procurement solution is based on overall economic affordability, with 100 %weight of quality. The price is fixed on a sub-area basis as described below. The contracting entity selects one Supplier or sub-region-specific suppliers to carry out the training on the acquisition. The contract does not provide the supplier exclusive right to provide the service to the subscriber. The procurement agreement does not provide a quantitative or minimum purchase obligation for the subscriber. There is a small purchase in the question. Acquisition The value of VAT is below the national threshold in accordance with section 25 of the Procurement Act (1397/2016) (under 2021 under € 60,000 VAT 0 %).
