Description:
The aim of the contracting entity (the Helsinki Metropolitan Area Kaupunne Ltd.; later also the subscriber) aims to set up a framework arrangement for several suppliers to acquire the language arrangements of the tramway. The following language arrangements may be subject to the acquisition: Type of Language Advance (Tram) Language Advance Left R25 Language AdvanceRIGHT R25 LANGUAGE SIGNATION LEFT R25 Vignol Language Advance right R25 Vignol Language Advance Left R50 Language Advocation Right R50 Language Advance Left R50 Vignol Language Advocation Right R50 Vignol Language Advance Left R100 Language Adapting Left R100 Vignol Language Reference Right R100 VIGNOL MODELanguage Admission (Voegel) Left Language Adjustment (Voegel) The right target of the purchase and its technical requirements are specified in more detail in Annex 2 of the tender portalLanguage arrangements subject to procurement. Procurement is made from suppliers selected for the framework arrangement on the basis of tendering. The customer's goal is to compete for the subscriber's annual acquisitions every year during May. In addition, the subscriber may have individual ordering needs,which are equally acquired by mini -competition. The duration of the framework for the framework agreement is two years (2) years and the subscriber may also decide to extend the contract two (2) times, two (2) years at a time. The duration of the framework arrangement is therefore up to six (6)years.
