- The acquisition focuses on the welding and grinding services of worn tram tram rails. The service is provided throughout the Helsinki metropolitan area. The procurement provides a framework arrangement, where up to one (1) service provider is sought to be responsible for the service under the framework agreement. Framework agreementLet's make a two -year basic contract period. It is possible to continue the agreement on two two (2) years of stock options. If the subscriber decides to use both options, the contract period is up to six (6) years. The anticipated value of VAT on the acquisition throughout the contract period (incl.Possible option periods) is € 2,400,000.
