• Description:
• The acquisition shall be the subject of a framework organization in accordance with this invitation to tender and the Annex to the invitation to tender. The service to be purchased is described in Annex 1 Service Description. Subscribers are the metropolitan area City traffic Oy (city traffic) and the City of Espoo. Subscribers make their own separate procurement decisions and separate contracts. Urban traffic represents the City of Espoo in matters relating to the services under the agreement. The anticipated VAT value of the acquisition throughout the contract period, including any option periods, is approximately EUR 1,300,000, of which the city will account for EUR 250,000 and Espoo is EUR 1,050,000. Four (4) service providers for a framework arrangement to carry out winter maintenance of the tram track. The framework arrangement follows the order of priority. The service is primarily ordered from service providers first and second in the tender The first service provider is responsible for the service area 1 in accordance with the service description (Appendix 1) and secondly, the service provider is responsible for the service area 2 in accordance with the service description (Appendix 1). Subscriber reserves the opportunity to order a service Priority for the third and fourth service provider in certain situations. The operating model of the framework arrangement is described in Annex 2 of the draft agreement, paragraph 5.
