- Fingrid Oyj's Vaskiluoto backup power plant consists of one (1) 26MW and Tahkoluoto backup power plant two (2) 26MW Frame 5 gas turbine units. The Vaskiluoto backup power plant (VASKT) has been dismantled and stored in the Vaasa region in 2021. The Tahkoluoto backup power plant (TLKT) is located in Fortum's Meri-Poriin the area of the condensing plant.
This procurement includes the EPCM consulting services related to the transfer of the Vaskiluoto and Tahkoluoto standby power plants to the Huutokoski standby power plant:
PHASE 1
• Project management services
• Basic, procurement and implementation planning services
PHASE 2
(Phase 2 is dependent on Phase 1implementation and the implementation related to the relocation of the Vaskiluoto and Tahkoluoto backup power plants and their costs)
• Project management services
• Supervision of deliveries and contracts
• Construction supervision services
• Site management, site administration and supervision and commissioning services (consultantwill act as the main implementer of the project)
• Quality assurance
• Safety and authority issues
