- The object of the acquisition is the transfer of the functionality of family legal services to the Lifecare Desktop. The functionality of family legal services in use in the Central Finland welfare region Lifecare Social Security is not the same as the one that will come into effect on September 1, 2026 In accordance with the Kanta affiliation obligation, and therefore the registration of family law services should be transferred to the Lifecare Desk. In this way, a solution that meets the obligation to join can be put into use, and at the same time the forms will change to meet the national requirements The procurement belongs to the service procurements that exceed the national threshold of the Act on Public Procurement and Right-of-Use Agreements (1397/2016) § 25.
