• The subject of the procurement are the services requiring special expertise for the transformers, measuring transformers, reactors and earth fault extinguishing coils of the main grid substations and emergency power plants owned by the customer and for which they are responsible for condition management throughout Finland. within the precincts of. The service must be implemented in Finnish. The procurement is divided into two parts: Contract scope 1: Loss angle measurements of transformers 2027-2029 and Contract scope 2: Transformer measurement and maintenance services 2027-2029 Contract scope 1 includes temporary loss angle measurements of transformers. For this part, the Customer enters into an agreement with only one Provider. Contract scope 2 is a framework arrangement that includes maintenance, troubleshooting, measurement and professional services. Services are ordered based on need. Regarding the scope of the second part, the Customer can enter into an agreement with a maximum of three (3) Bidders who meet the criteria. The company can apply to be a bidder for either one or both contract scopes here as described in the document. Based on all received participation applications, Fingrid will select a maximum of three (3) bidders for the negotiation procedure that meet the suitability criteria and minimum requirements for each contract scope.
