• The financial, payroll and software services used by the City of Pori (procurement unit) and mainly related systems have been produced by Numera Palvelut Oy (formerly Sarastia Oy), with whom the City of Pori has had contract based on affiliate unit status. However, the status of the contract has changed for two reasons: 1.
