The Social Insurance Institution will compete with this invitation to tender for the following areas:
Section 1: Kela translations from Finland to Swedish and language maintenance services in Swedish
sub-area 2: Kela translations from Finnish to English and language maintenance services in English
Sub -offs are allowed so that The tenderer may offer one or more areas. The offer must include all services included in the area offered.
The comparison and procurement decision of the tenders shall be made on a sub-area basis.
Alternative offers are not allowed.
Acquisition is about a framework arrangement in which both 3 service providers will be selected for the sub-area. If there are fewer than three (3) tenderers complying with the aptitude requirements or tenders, Kela selects all the aptitude requireers who meet the tenders in accordance with the invitation to tender offer.
