Description:
The Department of Health and Welfare requests an offer for the overall service of translation and language maintenance services for THL and its subordinate administration.
A more detailed description of the procurement object can be found in the request for tender and its attachments.
The procurement is divided into three (3) areas:
Area 1: General translation services
Sub-area 2: Control of social and health care data management, statistical and registry operations and code service operations, data definitions, classifications and vocabularies
Sub-area 3: Forensic translations.
The tenderer can only offer one, two or all three areas.

The procurement applies to contract periods. Contract periods start from the signing of the contract and are valid for three (3) years. However, the contract periods start on 01.08.2023 at the earliest. In addition, the customer varaa the right to option periods of two (2) years.
The announced estimated value of the acquisition (VAT 0%) also includes possible option periods
