- Description:
- The procurement includes the loading, transport and waste reception of the sandblasting material collected from the street network of the city of Jyväskylä. The sandblasting material has been collected in heaps at around 100 different locations around Jyväskylä. Collected sandblasting sand material (mixed soil waste) is approx. 4000 t. The locations of the piles are shown in appendix 3. There is also a link to the map material. The removal of the material should start from the grid area. The waste reception place should be an appropriate waste treatment facility that has a permit in accordance with the Environmental Protection or Waste Act to receive and process mixed soil waste (waste code 200303: waste generated during street cleaning). The permission to receive the waste in question will come present with an offer. The supplier must present the actual quantities of sandblasting sand material transported away with weighing certificates/weighing slips, which serve as the basis for invoicing (invoice appendices). Weighing certificates can be valid for loading horizontal receipts of the equipment or horizontal receipts of the receiving end. Loading work is allowed between 06:00 and 22:00. The pallets of the vehicles must be covered during removal. The bottoms of the piles must be cleaned with the precision of machine work. Sandblasting sand material for removal, a unit price of €/tn (VAT 0%) is presented, which includes all costs. The sandblasting material must be removed by May 24, 2026 at the latest.
