• Description:
• The Oulu City Library (procurement unit) requests your offer for the library material of Northern Finnish libraries and the museum's touring exhibitions on behalf of the libraries mentioned in the appendix (Appendix 1) and the Oulu Museum and Science Center (service user) of the transport service in accordance with this tender request and its attachments. Procurement description, transport of library material: The transport volumes are around 100 drop-offs and pick-ups per week. Transport volumes vary seasonally and due to library closures. The transports are mostly directed to the region of North Ostrobothnia, but also to Rovaniemi, Kajaani and Kuopio every week. One drop often contains 1-6 boxes (size 60cm * 40cm *30cm). Quantitatively, the largest pickups and drops are made every day weekday at the Oulu City Library's Rusko unit, at Kiilletie 1. Outgoing loads are at Kiilletie, and depending on the libraries' facilities elsewhere, it is possible to pack the driver's trolleys ready for pickup. There is a load leaving the mica road every weekday several roll boxes, counted as boxes approx. 20-40 pcs. On Kiilletie, pick-up and drop-off can take place at the same time or on separate visits during the day. The libraries have their own transport boxes (Integra 55L) with slots for address cards address information to be threaded. The libraries do not have their own rolling stock.
