- The subject of procurement are transport ventilators:- Sub-area 1 Intensive care transport ventilator, suitable for adults, pediatric patients and neonatal patients, patient transfers outside the hospital- Sub-area 2 Transport ventilator, hospital external patient transfers The objects and options of the procurement are described in more detail in the criteria of the object of procurement and in the attached draft contract. Partial offers are allowed as described in the request for tenders. Parallels are allowed. Alternatives offers are allowed. In procurement, one (1) Supplier will be selected per sub-area, whose solution is the best in terms of price-quality ratio (economically the most affordable). The equipment included in the offer will be tested at the Customer's premises free of charge so trial use of the device is free of charge, consumables/equipment supplies will be invoiced afterwards according to the price list of the provider's offer. Trial operation is carried out, if necessary, before the procurement decision, upon the written request of the procurement entity to receive bids after the deadline. The procurement unit's request for the device to be delivered for trial use will be presented to the Bidder as soon as possible after the receipt of bids and inspection. If, despite the request, the provider does not deliver the device and device accessories to the indicated party by the deadline, the procurement unit rejects the offer. The procurement is carried out as an internal competition within DPS.
