Description:
The invitation to tender applies to the transport of library materials and delivery services between Helle libraries in accordance with the contract notice and its annexes.The city, the municipality of Myrskyla, the municipality of Pornainen, the municipality of Pukkila, the city of Raseborg, the municipality of Sipoo and the municipality of Siuntio.
Helle Libraries include libraries of Askola, Hanko, Inkoo, Lapinjarvi, Lapini, Porvoo, Porvoo, Pukkila, Raseborg, Sipoo and Siuntio. In transportation is includedA total of 20 outlets. The offices, their contact details and the drops are indicated in Annex 1. Smaller libraries visit 1 time a week and in the largest 2-3 times a week (see Drop/Pick up of the outletsAttachment 1 of the invitation to tender).
Route planning and scheduling is the task of the tenderer. Transportation includes loading and dismantling the material to be transported in sites defined by the subscriber in accordance with the contract. There are broadcasts between all libraries, ie materials are transported everywhereEverywhere.
Unless the subscriber changes, the agreement will continue to be valid until indefinitely on September 1, 2027.
In the contract period for an indefinite period, the mutual period of notice of six (6) months is followed.
