Description:
The Vihti Municipal Education Center requests a bid for the transportation of primary school and preschool students to the Vihti Municipal Swimming Pool (born Hiidenvedentie 3, Nummela) in the academic year 2025 - 2026. The contract period is 11.8.2025 - 30.5.2026. A school/kindergarten is marked as a departure and return for transportation, the number of people (students + teachers), and the start and end of swimming education. Unless otherwise mentioned, the bus must be at the swimming pool 15 minutes before the start of the teaching and the departure time from the swimming pool is 15 minutes after the end of swimming education. More detailed information on schools and kindergartens is in Appendix 2. It is noted that transportation is primarily designed from the starting points of the indoor swimming pool and teaching providers. Transportation does not take into account that transportation could be handled, for example, with one by car. Attachments include estimated the size of the swimming groups (pupils + teachers), according to which the necessary equipment is determined. For some shifts, both school and preschool groups are transported at the same time. It is the task of the tenderer to plan for each transportation appropriate equipment and transport schedules so that the indoor swimming pool arrives in time. Departure times for schools are agreed by the operator with each of the headmaster or preschools of each school with the head of the kindergarten (or the rest of the person they appoint).
