- This is a small acquisition below the national threshold. athletics competitions 2025 in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. from participants From schools to Raati Stadium (Raatintie 2, 90100 Oulu), including return transport. Transportation will be from all over Oulu from schools participating in the transport needs. Most of the schools are located within 20km of the race site. The need for transportation are applied for in advance From the addressed addresses. Transportation Need: • On Tuesday 9.9.2025 5 buses • Wednesday 10.9.2025 16 buses • Thursday 11.9.2025 16 participants in bus transportation should be at the race day at 9:15 pm and no later than 9:4 p.m. At the end of the competitions about 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm. Bus cars do not have to be present during the race. Buses should be filled as cost-effectively as possible. Daily daily transport needs are known on Friday, August 29, 2025. Exercise Coordinator notifies the amounts and addresses of the transportable to the selected service provider.
