Until 29 January 2026, the Lapland Welfare Area has an agreement with hemodialysis devices and supplies on the basis of the use of compensation /lshp/1201/02.08.01/2022 Fresenius Medical Care Suomi Oy. Cordiax home -modialysis device is closely installed by the patient's home and requiresPatient home-based HVAC change work. When competing for the contract, the home hemodialysis equipment that can carry with him or her without demanding installation work can be carried with the patient. Now, however, there is a patient in the welfare area who needs to be carried for the hemodialysis equipment carried.The equipment to be transported enables, among other things, the patient's commuting and frees him several times a week from hospital dialysis treatment.Fresenius Medical Care Suomi Oy has made an offer for the NXStage home -like system that meets the patient's need.The procurement of a system cannot be included in the existing contract without any substantial contract change that would require re -tendering. The patient has an immediate need for the implementation of the new system and therefore the system must be obtained for the patient as a direct procurement until the patient's needThe system will cease or get the decision to purchase a new tendering.
