Description:
The City of Tornio is competing for service providers to manage the outdoor areas of the property in winter and summer. This is a framework arrangement with either one or more service providers. Treatment of property outdoor areas in the summer includes all the green areas and planting of the yard areasnursing tasks and cleaning, brushing and washing in the areas. Treatment of property outdoor areas in the winter includes all work related to snow and slush removal, as well as tasks related to slip and cleaning. The object of the contract is described in more detail in the Annex to the invitation to tenderService description and other attached documents. The subscriber does not commit to the minimum purchase service and the contract does not include a quantity purchase obligation.
