• Tredu - campus development project Tredu-Kiinteistöt Oy is planning the development of its campus areas with the aim of concentrating operations on 1-3 most central properties. Descriptions have been made of the alternatives, but they should also be evaluated more precisely if necessary from the point of view of investments, how different alternatives could be planned and implemented, with what kind of cost estimates and in what kind of schedule. Tredu-Kiinteistöt Oy is currently investigating and planning campus development projects to be implemented together with the service provider. The service provider is planned to be tendered for a construction company that would have as a partner or subcontractor at least a design office responsible for the main and architectural design. The procurement procedure is planned to be implemented as a competitive negotiation procedure 6-11/2026 so that the parties could start the development phase of the service by the end of 2026. The subscriber is still considering implementing the service either with an alliance model or as a cooperative project management contract, which is why the customer wants to have a dialogue about the form of implementation as well.
