Description:
The target of the acquisition The target of this framework arrangement is truck trailers and related additional services as follows: • New and used truck trailers with equipment and • equipment and use training services. The subject of the acquisition is described in more detail in Annex 1 "for the purchase of the invitation to tenderitem ". The contract period aims to enter into force on 1.7.2025. The duration of the framework arrangement is four (4) years. Framework agreements with suppliers selected for the framework arrangement shall be valid throughout the duration of the framework and after that as long as they are basedThe contracts are valid. However, the framework agreements are valid for up to two (2) years after the end of the framework arrangement. The contract may only be concluded during the term of the framework arrangement. Acquisitions may be valid for up to two (2) years of ending a framework arrangementafter. Procurement based on a framework arrangement may be made during the term of the contract, so that the orders and services ordered must be delivered before the termination of the contract. See.
