Description:
The procurement services of the city of Rauma are requesting your offer for trucks and drivers needed for construction and maintenance tasks for the period 1.1.2026 - 31.12.2028. The offer can be submitted in the following areas: Area 1: Truck, total weight class 25,000-29,999 Area 2: Equipped with a crane truck, 2 axles, total weight class 17,000-20,000 Section 3: A truck equipped with a crane and a wheeled excavator and, alongside a wheeled excavator, a tracked excavator for the maintenance of Rauman Vede's water supply and sewerage network Section 4: A truck equipped with a crane e.g. Wihertoime's maintenance operation Framework agreements include various industries, businesses and real estate companies of the city of Rauma, in which the city is the main owner. The machines are used as needed during the contract period. The subscriber does not commit to any minimum quantities. The city of Rauma uses in construction work, primarily their own equipment, if suitable equipment for the job site is available. Option: The contract period of the framework arrangement can be extended by one (1) one (1) year long option period for the period 1 January 2029 - 31 December 2029. The city of Rauma decides separately on the introduction of the option period and notify about it no later than three (3) months before the end of the valid contract period. Using the option is a right of the city of Rauma, not an obligation. The estimated value of the entire acquisition for the entire contract period is 2,000,000 euros (VAT 0%).
