- Servica Oy tenders tubeless hybrid pumps and glucose sensors for up-to-date monitoring for the needs of the Pohjois-Savo Wellbeing Area, the South Savo Wellbeing Area and the North Karelia Wellbeing Area, both for use with hybrid pumps and as independent meters. In this request for quotation the parties involved are hereinafter referred to as "Client". More detailed information about the users of the products is described in the draft contract appendix of the request for tender.

- The equipment supplier ensures, in collaboration between suppliers, that the pump is offered compatible sensor(s)
- Care product distribution and home delivery are requested for both areas as an option and the supplier informs it of its own price list, describing the operating model and system at the same time - more detailed information in the procurement target criteria
