Description:
The object of the acquisition is the rehabilitation service Tules rehabilitation course for adults in Finnish translated into Sami, which is organized for individual clients of the Finnish National Pension Service (Kela). Rehabilitation is implemented with accommodation. The offered location must be located in Lapland's welfare area, but by omitting tarjousen's bidder for this tender undertakes to provide the service to customers who come from any part of Finland. Kela organizes a rehabilitation service with interpretation for a customer who speaks the Sami language. Interpretation is organized according to the customer's needs into Inari Sami, Koltan Sami or Northern Samipay.
The rehabilitation course is implemented as a discretionary rehabilitation in accordance with Section 12 of the National Pension Service's Rehabilitation Benefits and Rehabilitation Cash Benefits Act 566/2005 (later KKRL or Kela's Rehabilitation Act). The rehabilitation of Kela's customers will begin on January 1, 2024.
