Description:
The acquisition is the Tullikamari Cultural Center Pakkahuone and Club Access Agreement. The City of Tampere is applying for an operator for the diverse cultural activities of the Cultural Chamber Cultural Center to ensure the activities and significance of the Customs Chamber as the Tampere Cultural Center.In addition to the activities defined by the City of Tampere, the operator is allowed to engage in event restaurant business and event space rental at the Customs Chamber. The most important role of the operator is to produce diverse cultural activities, and especially to organize music eventsand enabling. The Tullikamari Cultural Center is a major Finnish center of living music and other cultural activities, where hundreds of events are held per year. The premises will also be leased to outside organizers. In addition, there is the city's own as well asOffice facilities for relief firms, which are excluded from the license agreement.
