• Description:
• The object of the procurement is the design and implementation of the new building of the Turku Collection Center and City Archives as a collaborative project management contract in accordance with the scope, requirements and goals defined in the tender documents. The project will be implemented On a plot of land owned by the city of Turku at Aerotie 14. According to the site plan, the extent of the building is approximately 10,008 hym² and the estimated gross area is approximately 15,612 brm². The aim of the acquisition is to centralize Turku City Museum, Turku Art Museum WAM and Turku the collection and archive functions of the city archive into one safe, appropriate and controlled entity. The building houses extensive condition-controlled storage facilities, work and conservation facilities, digitization facilities, a research hall and customer service facilities. The acquisition includes: - tasks of the project management contractor in the development and implementation phase (KSE 2013-based contract in the development phase, YSE 1998-based contract in the implementation phase) - the main and architectural design of the project - structural and building physical design - TATE planning (incl. situation management) - electrical design - geo, acoustics, fire and extinguishing system planning - Interior design - RTYL environmental classification consulting - data model coordination - implementation, commissioning and delivery of the new building in accordance with the contract documents.
