• Description:
• The object of the procurement is the cleaning services, clothing maintenance services and food supply services of the municipality of Tuusula (later the municipality or the customer) for locations where the service areas of the space and food services of the municipality of Tuusula are responsible for the organization of the services. the available services include the cleaning, clothing maintenance and food maintenance services needed by the subscriber. The services provided by the service provider include maintenance, periodical and basic cleaning of objects that are valid until further notice, as well as clothing maintenance and food service services, placement services of the customer's own cleaning service staff, i.e. facility custodians, food service staff's dishwashing assistance, and washing of textile furniture procured as needed for locations within the municipality of Tuusula's own service production, floor care and annual maintenance work. Cleaning services also include replenishment of hygiene supplies (soap sachets, hand sanitizers, hand paper, toilet paper and hand towel rolls, etc.) and maintenance of replacement carpets (vacuuming and cleaning).As an additional procurement option, prices are requested for, for example, post-construction cleaning during the repair period, washing loose carpets, and removing and putting up curtains. The additional procurement possibilities can be seen in more detail in the price appendix. Subscriber order additional work (additional procurement possibilities) as needed. The customer does not have a quantity purchase obligation. The procurement volumes presented in the documents are estimates and are not binding on the customer.
