- The project consists of two residential blocks of flats in the Varissuo district in Turku according to the plans for the facades and the sub -repair of the balcony structures. Suurpäänkatu 47 consists of three apartment blocks (two lamellar houses and one point house) completed in 1978 and 1980. The buildings are 4-6 floors and have a total of 45 apartments. Suurpäänkatu 49 consists of two apartment blocks (one lamella and one point house) completed in 1980. The buildings are 4 and 6 floors and have a total of 69 apartments. Note that buildings/apartments are used for normal living during repairs.
