• The welfare area of ​​Lapland is requesting bids for the two-chamber tissue transporters (tissue processor) needed by the Lapland Central Hospital and, as an option, the pathology units of Länsi-Pohja Hospital in accordance with this request for bids and its appendices. Offered device should be suitable for processing usual small tissue samples, fat tissue samples and macro samples. A tissue processor is used to replace the water in tissue samples with paraffin. The device to be purchased must enable two (2) different running the tissue processing program simultaneously in two (2) separate chambers. The total capacity of the device must be at least 500 cartridges with a standard processing program. The device must have an integrated bar code reader for samples and to store reagent data and enable traceability and reporting.
