Description:
The municipality of Luumaki is requesting offers for demolition of demolition material and construction waste, according to house A and B for the dismantling of both terraced houses. The houses are located on the Patterie road 12 and 14, 54500 David. The contract includes the demolition of terraced houses and the yard area Cleaning on the crushed stone so that the plot is free from any material that endangers safety and ready for outdoor activities. The work is expected to be done during 2025. It is possible to start work at the earliest on October 1, 2025 and any changes will be agreed with the selected contractor. Demolition contract Must be fully implemented on site fence. For the dismantling of the row houses, the dismantling permit issued by the Luumaki Municipal Building Control is valid.
