• TTS Keimola's Education and Training Building comprises the implementation of a new education and training building as a total price KVR contract, including official permits, planning, building technical works and building technical works. The procurement unit reserves the right to reduce project and requests updated offers from bidders if the budget set by the procurement unit for the contract is exceeded. The scope and conditions of the contract are described in more detail in the attached preliminary tender documents and the invitation to negotiations. For this purchase the main goal of the chosen procedure is to utilize the bidders' experiences with various structural solutions, the use of wood in construction and the management of the overall process, so that the aforementioned know-how can be utilized in the project. In addition, the negotiation phase aims to to ensure the object's life cycle goals (energy use, environmental classification, long-term durability of structures, etc.) After the negotiation, the tender documents are delivered to the contractors, on the basis of which the tenders are requested. The procurement unit works negotiations on the possibility of using different solutions in the site, and deciding what kinds of possibilities are available to offer the site in addition to the structural solution attached to the request for tender with other solutions, such as a completely wooden frame solution, and what kind of bid plans may be required from bidders.
