Description:
The acquisition is subject to electrical maintenance services for sites managed by the Turku Student Village Foundation. Maintenance services include the maintenance services of the Electrical Work owned by the Turku Student Village (hereinafter referred to as the TYS) in the Turku area. TYS has about 5,000 apartments18 in the residential site. Procurement sites can be found on the home page of the Turku Student Village Foundation at www.tys.fi. In addition, one of the sites is a detached house at Kuikkulankatu 5.maintenance work on electrical and real estate automation during office hours, as well as outside office hours. Alarm work. Due to the alarm work, the service provider must also be accessible outside office hours at all times and on all days of the week. No standbySeparate compensation. The duties of the contractor are generally the following: • electrical installation (repairs, editing and new installations) • Building automation maintenance tasks (eg valves, ventilation machines and general building automation from the user interface, and schedule changes,etc.) • Antenna and Cable TV Network Maintenance Tasks • Universal cabling (including fiber-optic work) • Smoke removal system maintenance tasks • Annual electrical inspections of buildings (TYSSinstructions)
