Description:
The target is the entire construction project for three student housing buildings and two yard storage construction projects built by the Turku Student Village Foundation (TYS). In addition, an existing service hall, a metal shelter and fences are demolished from the building area and the stormwater pipe in the building area is moved as included in the contract. There will be a total of 207 student housing for residential buildings. The developer/subscriber/user is the Turku Student Village Foundation. Architectural design comes from the customer, all other design areas needed to implement the project come from the contractor. The contract includes construction and building technology work and the completion of plans, main drawings and work and implementation plans On the basis of references, reference plans and design guidelines in accordance with contract documents. The design is done by data modeling. The KVR contractor acts as the main contractor and as the main executor within the meaning of the legislation.
