Description:
The subject of the procurement is the maintenance and development services related to the Bailiff's Uljas information system, as well as the data transfer preceding the above-mentioned services, i.e. the transition, where the current supplier transfers the data to the supplier selected in the tender. The object of the procurement is described at the top level in Appendix A of the request for participation "General description of the procurement". The details of the procurement object can be specified in the final tender request. The Legal Registry Center (ORK) acts as the procurement unit. Currently, the system CGI Suomi Oy is responsible for maintenance and development. Sofigate Oy and Hansel Oy participated in the preparation of the acquisition. A draft-level preliminary request for tenders with attachments (Appendix D with sub-appendices) has been submitted as an attachment to the request for participation.
