Description:
The object of the acquisition is uniCPAP supplies (masks and spare parts) for home use and their home delivery service. The masks must be suitable for home use sleep apnea devices and double pressure ventilators. The object of procurement is full face, nose and nostril masks.
The procurement is divided into two (2) to the sub-area:
The bidder can choose the sub-areas in which to submit a bid. All requested products must be offered within the sub-area in order to be included in the comparison. Home delivery service is also included in all areas/products.
Enough in order to secure the product selection, the procurement unit selects three (3) suppliers for sub-area 1 and two (2) suppliers for sub-area 2 based on the offer comparison. If fewer offers are received, all accepted offers will be selected. However, for a justified reason, the procurement unit can choose more suppliers than stated above (if, for example, several suppliers have offered the same products or the customer's needs so require).
Purchases are made during the contract period primarily from the supplier ranked first in order of priority. The order of priority can be deviated from according to the clinical evaluation and the customer's needs, so that the product most suitable for the treatment is selected for the customer.
