Description:
The object of the acquisition is uniCPAP supplies (masks and spare parts) for home use and their home delivery service. The masks must be suitable for home use sleep apnea devices and double pressure ventilators. The object of purchase is full face, nose and nasal masks. Procurement is divided into two (2) sub-areas: 1. UniCPAP masks2. Allergy masks Partial offers are allowed. The bidder can choose the sub-areas in which to submit a bid. All requested products must be offered within the sub-area to enter included for comparison. All sub-areas/products also include a home delivery service. In order to ensure a sufficient selection of products, the procurement unit selects three (3) suppliers for sub-area 1 and two (2) suppliers for sub-area 2 based on the offer comparison. If fewer offers are received, all accepted offers will be selected. However, for a justified reason, the procurement unit may choose more suppliers than stated above (if, for example, several suppliers have offered the same products or customer need so requires).Product selection during the contract period: Suppliers are prioritized by sub-region based on a tender. During the contract period, purchases are made primarily from the person with the first place in the order of priority from the supplier. The order of priority can be deviated from according to the clinical evaluation and the customer's needs, so that the product most suitable for the treatment is selected for the customer.
