• This document is not a procurement notice, a request for tender, and its publication does not initiate a tendering procedure. This is a market survey announcement, the purpose of which is to identify potential suppliers operating in the market and their offerings. Participation in the market dialogue is completely voluntary. Participating or not participating in the market dialogue does not affect the bidder's possibilities to participate in the procurement procedure that will be implemented later. Market dialogue is not mandatory no one to participate in the actual competition, nor does it exclude anyone from it. The North Ostrobothnia welfare area (Pohde) is preparing the procurement of uniforms for emergency services. The official clothes will be tendered as a procurement ring, where Pohde is responsible for procurement as authorized. The rescue authority must wear the uniform of the rescue operation in their official duties, unless the nature or nature of the official duty requires otherwise. On the obligation of other personnel of the rescue service to wear the uniform of the rescue operation the rescue service decides. The uniform of the Rescue Service is used as the uniform of the personnel of the Rescue College and as the student uniform of the students of the Rescue College. The clothing, accessories and equipment belonging to the rescue service uniform are defined in the uniform regulation and in more detail in the product description instructions for the rescue uniform.
