• The procurement includes:• HR system and its implementation project• Designated integrations• System support and maintenance services• Additional work to be ordered separately in accordance with Novia's needs The HR system includes the modeling of processes for the life cycle of the employment relationship and implementation into the system and reporting tools. The HR system works as Novia's HR master system. HRJ works as a master system for payroll as well. The HR system must contain at least the following features/functionalities:• Entire Novian personnel's employee-specific personal and employment information and management of changes, e.g. changes in the employment relationship, organizational changes and changes to the collective agreement• Personnel structures and groups• Management of the life cycle of the employment relationship, e.g. employment contracts preparing and deciding, managing parallel employment relationships• Managing and requesting annual vacations and savings leave, as well as other leaves and absences according to Novia's practices and the collective agreement• The system must be able to define user rights by roles and user groups• HR data reporting
