Description:
The procurement unit requests your offer for computers and related services in accordance with this request for tender and its appendices. The minimum requirements for the products/services to be procured are described in Appendix 1. The procurement unit selects one supplier based on an internal tender and enters into a procurement contract with the winning bidder. Making an offer requires taking into account and accepting the terms of the procurement contract. A model of the procurement contract is attached to the request for tenders 3. The estimated scope of the procurement is €1,300,000.00. The contract period is 1 October 2025 - 30 September 2026. Contract period can be extended by two (2) option periods of a maximum of one (1) year. The procurement contract is made according to the model attached to the request for tender.
