Description:
The procurement unit requests your offer for computers and related services in accordance with this request for tender and its appendices. The object of the procurement is: The minimum requirements for the products to be procured and the related services are described in Appendix 1. The procurement unit selects an internal tender based on one supplier and enters into a procurement contract with the winning bidder. Making an offer requires taking into account and accepting the terms of the procurement contract. A model of the procurement contract is attached to the request for tender. The estimated scope of the procurement is 4.2 million. euro. The contract period is the aim is to start on 1.11.2025 and is two years (1.11.2025 - 31.10.2027). The contract can be extended with a maximum of two (1) one-year option years. The contract period starts at the earliest after both contracting parties have signed the procurement contract. The procurement contract is made as an attachment to the request for tender according to the existing model.
