Description:
The procurement concerns the update and service change of the new version of the Duodecim decision support service in use in the welfare area. Currently, Duodecim-Paatoeksentuki is located in the client organization's server environment. The new version of Duodecim Decision Support enables the transition to Duodecim's cloud services. The new version also requires a new interface to function, which is updated for the customer organization (the interface through which the patient information system uses decision support, support for the old interface ends). Up-to-date decision support materials and the latest versions and features are always available to the customer. Updating the service is necessary because using an old version causes a significant deviation, which is monitored by Valviran. The acquisition includes a fixed-price upgrade project that includes the update work necessary in connection with the system update, as well as licenses for physician users. The system update will be provided by Mediconsult Oy, as it is necessary to carry out the update by the original system supplier. on the basis of which the purchase is carried out as a direct purchase based on the current system supplier's offer.
