Description:
The object of the procurement is the urban engineering contracts of the city of Helsinki's urban environment department, which include the construction of outdoor lighting, traffic lights, and fiber optic networks. In addition, Kaupunkitekniki also constructs other electrical structures in public areas on a small scale.
Helsingin kaupung's outdoor lighting network comprises 95,500 light points. The usual annual growth of the lighting network has been an average of 1,000 light points. With the Helsinki LED lamp replacements, the annual number of replaced lamps is estimated to be 8,000. Approximately 16 design objects are completed each year0 pcs. There are 524 intersections controlled by traffic lights in Helsinki, 30 event power centers, 130 electrically heated stairs and 30 kiosk electrical boxes. Pre-piping and general planning of optical fiber pipes has started and is moving to the installation of optical fibers at the time of this framework agreementas.
The client's goal is to conclude an agreement with two suppliers regarding urban engineering contracts. The comparison is made on the basis of the overall economic advantage.
