- Fimlab Laboratoriot Oy tenders for the rolling and rapid analysis needs of its operating area. Demonstration tests (visual reading): Drug test, urine, including manipulation parameters Drug test, urine, including alpha-PVP The Product to be procured must comply with the IVD regulation according to the rolling testing device intended for professional use (in accordance with the transition periods of Regulation 2017/746) and it must meet the requirements of national legislation. The products must have a CE mark. The competition concerns Fimlab's traffic analytics services supported activities in the welfare regions of Kanta-Häme, Central Finland, Pirkanmaa, Ostrobothnia and Päijät-Häme. The distribution of the indicator tests to the treatment units takes place through the logistic operators of the welfare areas or as Fimlab's own purchase. The distributors are Central Finland welfare area Nova pharmacy, Päijät-Häme welfare area warehouse operator, Tuomi Logistiikka (Tampere) and Ostrobothnia welfare area warehouse (Vaasa, Närpiö and Pietarsaari). The distributors' volumes have been taken into account in the total procurement volumes. The consumption quantities of the products to be purchased are based to previous one-year consumption data or an estimate of future consumption. Realized consumption may differ from previous ones of consumption or estimates. The estimate of the procurement amount for the contract period is not binding on the Customer. Acquisition is divided into 2 sub-areas. One (1) Supplier is selected for each sub-area. Fimlab is an agreement between Laboratoriot Oy and one supplier (per sub-area).
