Description:
The HUS group is requesting offers for urological laser devices for the treatment of urinary tract stones and enucleation of the prostate.
The purchase includes one (1) Holmium YAG laser and one (1) Thulium fiber laser. The products are described in more detail below in the request for tenders in the section "Procurement object criteria".
Procurement noit includes an option to purchase two (2) Holmium YAG lasers and one (1) Thulium fiber laser during the years 2023-2025, as well as an option to enter into a maintenance contract.
The object of procurement also includes equipment-related consumables related to the offered products, which are stated belowin the request for tenders in the section "Procurement object criteria" and in appendix 3b. During the contract period, products belonging to the product groups that are the subject of the contract, which are not identified in the product appendix (see the procurement contract), can also be purchased in accordance with the anticipated value of the purchase.
The purchase is made into a projectcontract, on the basis of which the procurement unit acquires the laser equipment according to the requirements. In addition, for equipment-related supplies, a procurement contract is concluded, which is valid for a fixed period of four (4) years, after which it is valid indefinitely.
The anticipated total value of the acquisition (VAT 0%) is a total of around 850,000 euros. It is an estimate that includes possible option equipment and equipment-related consumables for the entire contract period, and the procurement entity does not commit to the announced euro amounts and actual consumption amounts announced in the request for tender.
