• The Etelä-Savo activators project brings SMEs a bold and new kind of growth platform that combines technology, investor-oriented thinking and the experimentation of new markets. The project ensures that companies do not just adapt to change, but actively shape their own future and actively start developing and growing their own business. The project offers SMEs concrete, measurable and scalable ways to succeed in global competition. Its innovative and bold approach distinguishes it from traditional development projects and enables a significant impact in the business field. The project is divided into five functional work packages, the work packages contain concrete actions to support the growth and development of companies. With this tender, we are looking for an operator who will implement the following work package: Goal: Support SMEs to utilize business information, analytics and artificial intelligence in strategic decision-making, growth planning, building competitive advantage and added value in producing. The goal is to improve companies' ability to make informed decisions, identify growth opportunities and implement artificial intelligence solutions to support business development.Measures: Growth workshops, strategy models and artificial intelligence utilization as support for growth: Open workshops (in three different locations: Mikkeli, Pieksämäki and Savonlinna), where growth planning, strategy work methods, examples of growth models from different industries are discussed...
